The Lord's Prayer as Prayed by one

Dear God,
You are with me
I worship you!


Your kingdom is here!

Your will,
as it is in heaven,
is my guide,
on the earth that
you have given us.

Every day, God, you provide
food for me,
not only for my body's need,
but for my spiritual need, as well.

I ask forgiveness for
times I have not been loving.
I forgive others for times they
have not shown love!

You lead me from
temptation

You show me the path
where Love is!


You are the dwelling place.
where I live in safety.
Your power is
with me, and
with all that You create.

Your glory shines
through every creation.


You assure us, God, that you
will be with us forever.

A Post script

Because God is always
present with us
Why should we speak about Him?
(Hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come etc.,
Give us this day our daily bread…….etc.)

When we are with another person,
we speak TO the person.
As I did to God before my sleep!

Good night to every person I know.
As God loves each one of us the most,
I love each one of you the most,

Someone said to me, "You can’t love everyone the most."
To that someone, I say, "Try and stop me.
God loves every life the most.
And so shall I."
