Happiness

Two years ago, my brother, Mahlon, now deceased, wrote to me. He said, "We heard a wonderful story:

"An older cat comes upon a younger cat chasing its tail like mad. 'What are you doing?' the elder cat asked.

The younger cat replied " I was told that my tail is happiness,
and that's why I'm trying to catch it.'

The older cat replied 'I, too, was told that my tail was happiness so I just go my way and happiness follows me wherever I go.'
