We thank you
Most Holy One for
The Gift of Life.

In the rhythm of
your creation,
we have all we need:
The rising sun,
the setting sun;
the coming of dark.
the return of light.

No matter how long
darkness lingers,
Light is in your care,
and returns again.

O Loved one,
We pray that
any darkness
in our hearts
will set,
and Your Love
dawn!

Then peace, as the sun,
will radiate over the world.
and our troubled lands
will find rebirth.
